We currently charge $5 shipping for domestic orders and $25 shipping for international orders. We appoligize for the inconvinence and are looking into ways we can decrease this charge as we grow.

Track your package on USPS.com after you recieve your tracking number through email.
If a package is lost or stolen, please contact your local USPS to file a claim.

If a product comes broken please take a picture and email it with your order number to info@plurcosmetics.com within 3 days of delivery. We will review and send you a replacement.
